Fodder Maize
Fodder Maize is a high yielding, fast- growing crop providing nutritious, palatable and succulent forage.
It have 9-11% crude protein, 50-60% NDF, high digestibility, and excellent suitable for silage. It reaches height upto 4-5ft., typically harvest time 50-75 days after sowing.
Requires 40-50kg/ac seed rate and responds well to nitrogen-based fertilizer.
